We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of processors who act only on our instructions:
- our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs;
- our email and calendar provider, which carries messages to and from [email protected] and holds booked call times;
- our video-call provider, for calls you book by video;
- our accountants and accounting software, for client invoices only;

Google and Cloudflare may process the technical data described above on servers outside the UK, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the UK–US Data Bridge (the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses. Booking details and client records are stored with providers in the UK or the European Economic Area, which the UK treats as providing adequate protection.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased where we have no lawful reason to keep it;
- restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format (data portability);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests.
8. Withdrawing consent
Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time; doing so does not affect anything done before. To change your cookie choice, open the Cookie Policy from the footer of the home page and select "Reset my cookie choice". For anything else, email [email protected].
9. How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected] or write to Kweststudio Limited at the registered office above. We may ask for proof of identity. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request, and in most cases there is no fee.
10. Complaints to the ICO
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator: www.ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
